And that is why open source is inevitable. Because the open source ideals are the foundation of everything we do. When we bring the best ideas together with the best people and give them the power to do meaningful work- then we can change the world.
And open source is changing the world already. It fosters openness. It strengthens communication and community. It encourages leadership and collaboration. It gives power and freedom back to the customer. It gives opportunities to those who otherwise might not have them.
We are what we believe in. Open source ideals. Red Hat may be small compared to the company we keep--and the company we challenge--but don't underestimate the power of people with a cause worth being passionate about.
